I am getting painful wrists. Was trying to work more on the form this time than the weigth

Next time will have to do it outside and not on the treadmill.

Bloody hell that was hard, usually pull ups are ok but on this one they were my downfall

Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

SP PP PJ
1. 40kg/88lbs 42.5kg 40kg
2. 42.5kg/93lbs 45kg 42.5kg
3. 45kg/99lbs 47.5kg 45kg (4 reps/failed)
4. 47.5kg/104lbs 50kg (1, failed after) 45kg (4 reps/failed)
5. 50kg/110lbs 50kg (failed) 45kg (4 reps/failed)

My shoulders were shot up at the end, but I am quite happy with the SP at 50kg as it is a PR (from 45kg).

WU Practising DU, managed a few. 2 sets of 10x of press ups with hands on small medicine balls.

Five rounds for time of:
400 meter Run
50 Squats
30 Back extensions (with Swiss ball and feet under a bar)

Time: 21:28
I was quite impressed by the fact that I hardly stopped on the squats. Lost some time with Back extension as I was using a swiss ball and I had to get my balance right.

Press up with dumbell + Pull ups
10x, 9x, 8x

7 rounds for time of:
95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 10 reps
10 Ring dips (subbed by 30 dips)

Time: 22:41
Dips were atrocious at the end, my arms are beat this afternoon. Saying that if 2 months ago you would have told me that i would manage 210 dips, I would have laughted at you.

WU CF + HSPU 15x (did not do the dips are my shoulders are dead from yesterday)

Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3 reps

60kg, 80kg, 82.5kg, 85kg, 80kg

Form at 85kg was not great, so I dropped back to 80kg. I feel more comfortable on back squat now. My knees are not hurting much (been taking some Glucomasine and it seems to do the trick.

BW: 78kg
Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight subbed weight at 80kg
Bench press: body weight subbed weight at 60kg
Clean: 3/4 body weight subbed weight at 40kg

Time: 22:02
Hardest WOD so far (as I can remember) , the cleans were my downfall, got easier from the 5 reps rounds.
