Sweet PB on the clean, was doing a set of six clean pulls and decided to clean it on the fifth rep.

No chalk so I couldn't hold onto the bar. Next time 200kg for sure.

HSPU Volume training
4 HSPU every minute for four minutes
3 HSPU every minute for two minutes

Failed on 7th minute.

Absolutely couldn't have gone heavier on the FS2B's, 115 was so close to failing that I thought I was being helped up. Goodmornings were shot as a result.
