Here is a workout timer that will run in a web browser, great for those of you that have a laptop and work out in your garage.

http://www.speedbagforum.com/timer.html

There are alot of configuration options. Not sure how useful this is to the CrossFit crowd, but if there is anything I can do to make it work better please let me know.

Tim, that's an EXCELLENT timer. You can even configure it to count out Tabata intervals, which are hard for me to time by myself.

Thanks a ton,
Robby

Did you gents try using (gasp) Internet Explorer. I normally use Firefox, but cut and pasted the link into IE when it didn't work.

Hope this helps,

Ryan

Hi guys, yes at the moment it's IE only. I will have it working on FireFox this weekend (or maybe sooner).

I believe it is now fully FireFox compatible (it works for me, I'm on the latest and greatest release).

If you guys think of any missing features, let me know and I'll take a crack at it.
