Here some of my research on Tabata timers if anyone is interested:

1. Seiko S052(Confirmed from Seiko that it will)
http://www.fsiwebs.com/shopcart3/SC_ProdView.asp?LinkID=kQqr6tAZYiuEMaat6FGcHDV5 C94E:e5RdpzPFmuEDq98cEPIWRpvrmN9lLX0G568mX79j2aPbu Y-

2. Robic SC-707 (Confirmed from company, it actually can be set-up for more than 2 different time intervals)

3. EAI models T-490 T-590
http://www.fsiwebs.com/shopcart3/SC_ProdView.asp?LinkID=1ljv89T_et0PoIh3Nj9akXRD KGqO6MbH5N4xMA68VMGiqp_VCoJvouyJcGvL0_FzhHrDT34oqN o-

I spoke with all three of the companies and these are the only models which will do what we are looking for.

Google for best price

Here is an MP3 I made with 21 Tabata Intervals
http://www.lokiland.org/tonya/21Intervals.mp3. It's 10MB, so be warned!

I used http://audacity.sourceforge.net/, a free audio editing software package. I've never done any audio editing and managed to figure out how to use this software to do what I wanted easily enough.

For my perosonal use, I added music tracks to the interval beep track.

Oh, Hi! I'm Tonya and I just started doing the WOD a couple of weeks ago.

Err...Oops. I forgot that I can't link directly to a file on that server. Try http://www.lokiland.org/tonya/tabata.htm. Right click on the link to the mp3 and choose save target as...

Thanks for the download! I actually like it better without the music. That way I can run it on one player and whatever else I want on another.

I also got the below watch at walmart. It will work with all kind of intervals including Tabata. It also has real big number, which is nice if your blind w/o glasses. The downside is the alarm is not very loud. It's fine for somethings, but on the airdyne the noise tends to overwhelm it.
