Was very busy today, missed workout. On a better note I think I'm ready for 3 on 1 off again.

Shoulder Press
100lbs
7x3

Back Squat
185lbsx20

Weighted Pullups
55lbs
5x5 :pepper:

Forgot One Set:
Shoulder Press
100lbsx4

Weighted Situps
25lbs
5x5

Held a handstand for unknown amount of time.

50 consecutive pushups chest to floor as an afterthought.

Results:
Good one. Got the weighted pullups :proud:. Can't wait until tomorrow. I think I'm going to do a variation of "Nasty Girls". The video was awesome motivation by the way. There's nothing quite like seeing three hotties do a workout that most grown men would avoid.

What's the deal with side bends? I read some comments about people doing them in gyms, now today I see them being done all over the gym I go to. New workout fad I guess.

what are your main goals at the mo btw? You do well to do the 20-rep squats and cf workouts in one week... Think I'd be dead by now.

I'm shooting for 20 reps with 225. My squat strength had been lacking so I decided on doing this. Military pressing bodyweight would be nice too. 5x5 200lb floor press sounds like another good one. I'm also looking to improve my condition.

I got a ton of other goals, but those are my most obvious short term ones.

"Nasty Girls"

3 rounds for time of:
50 Squats
7 Muscle-ups
95 pound Hang power cleans, 10 reps

Post time to comments

+ some curls.

Results:
Didn't time it because I forgot my watch. It took longer than it was supposed to though and I felt like crap doing it. I think that was because I did not get much sleep last night. I still pushed and finished it though. I managed to get 3 consecutive muscle-ups.

I subbed 95lb push presses and 55lbs dumbell swings for the power cleans as I do not know olympic lifts. I gotta visit crossfit Oahu soon.
