I use to be skinny due to Paleo and CrossFit. I now am firmly in the hard to kill and generally more useful camp.
I still love CrossFit and met-cons but believe an adult male needs to have enough strength to Rx all Hero WODs in a reasonable time. If this level of strength doesn't exist then heavy barbells should be lifted in an organized manner followed by ample quantities of good food until the strength deficiency is eliminated. This is 100% my personal experience and observation. It is your body and your goals do with it as you will. |
