Plain Steel Pendlay CrossFit Bar Weight Set

I have added a bar and bumpers set including the Plain Steel CrossFit bar. This includes the bar, 10 lb, 25 lb 45 lb solid rubber bumpers for $399 shipping included.

It is available here:

http://www.crossfitequipment.com/ind...on=show_detail (WFS)

Of course if you want the bar only it is still available here:

These are the denominations of weight that Krista and I started with when we canceled her gym membership and started training in our garage. Of course, the equipment we bought using was not as nice and cost more. (I actually bought this stuff for Krista for Christmas 2 years ago and got away with it)

The bar had a bigger diameter and was not designed for olympic lifting. The 25 and 45 lb bumpers were also not as nice, they were seconds from a new company that only sold bumpers for a short time before going out of business. The 10's were from a different company and were not that durable. They eventually broke. Regardless, it changed our life and started us on the path to fitness.

Bac then there were not any decent bars for Olympic weightlifing for less than $400 and solid rubber bumper plates were $2 a pound rather than the $1 a pound that we are selling them for in this set.

This is your chance to get a quality bar designed by Olymipic weigtlifters to handle Olympic and Powerlifting and good quality bumper plates that will last you a lifetime for a bargain basement price.

We are making a few changes to our CrossFit Starter equipment packages:

They will now include Ader kettlebells. These are nicer kettlebells at a cheaper price.

You will also be able to make a choice between Power Max rings and Tylers Elite Rings II.

Of course, substitutions are welcome, and you can always pick out your dream package and email me. I will give you a quote taking advantage of the same quantity shipping discounts that i use for the define CrossFit Starter Packages.

Re: Plain Steel Pendlay CrossFit Bar Weight Set

I have added a Build Your Own CrossFit Starter Package.

If it works well I may end up replacing the other packages with this one because it offers greater flexibility.
