LF - Training Log

Hi all, I have been XFitting for a few months now. I keep a Log over on the XFit Manchester site but I'm starting one here too.

July Progress and Goals

Deadlift 110kg (Goal 120kg)
Back Squat - 85kg (Goal 90kg)
Shoulder Press 45kg (Goal 47.5kg)

Row 500 1.56 (Goal 1.50)

Learn to Snatch
Improve Cleans (Technique not so good)

Log on fit day for a month.

Return to Thai Boxing 8 months after ACL reconstruction (Still taking it easy on the twisting at this stage)

Current BW - 80kg

Warm up run 10 mins

50 Burpees - 5.07

Run 2 Miles

Burpees didn't feel so good, to much time staring at my shoe laces.

15 DB Swings
20 Goblet Squat
10 Renegade Rows

All done with 15kg DB

1 mile warm down run in a down pour (Very refreshing)

30kg bar - 12:25secs

Felt slow, think my wrist flexibility needs a lot of work for the front squats.
