Hey Guys,

Thats fantastic!! Thanks for your responses....
Ive found that whilst the enthusiasm is the real deciding factor, im worried about overtraining...
Has anyone had this problem..... I mean you have to do something as hard as you can to really make it beneficial but EVERYDAY can just get a bit toooo muuuuuch..... followed that night with a CF Workout.... maybe it's the retail industry in me that makes me tired.... :nopity:
