I am currently going on and off with crossfit. I play lacrosse at college now and thats enough of a work out. I am trying to get a few heavy lifts in during the week as well. By heavy lifts I mean I put together a couple of circuits consisting of dumbell excercises primarily for upper body. I try to get in a 5x5 set of squats or deadlifts on a couple of days but I am relying on the running right now to keep my legs strong. I go right to the gym after one class and then go right from the gym to my next class. Does anyone have any ideas of a good recovery meal that I can put together easily before class? I usually have about a 2 hour gap between this recovery meal and when I get home to eat lunch.

A tin of fish (TJs has herring or sardines) and some baby carrots.
