Help my squat (video)

How can I improve this squat?

Often have pain in right hip.

You're knees are caving in at the bottom of the squat; recommend working on keeping the knees pushed out (stance seems very wide to me, but others may say it's ok). Also, chest seems to be collapsing down at the bottom - focus on maintaining your back angle and keeping your chest up. Knees are tracking over the toes further than I personally like to see and, lastly the weight is shifting to the mid-foot/toe preventing the athlete from driving through the heels.

Honestly, it seems like the this particular athlete would benefit from dropping some weight off that bar and focusing on virtuosity of movement.

I agree that stance seems a bit wide. I would like to see her stay on mid-foot to heels and not sit back so much. Focus on sitting down in a high-bar squat.

Going a tad too low, or lower than you need to go. Knees have been mentioned. Try running a low bar vs high bar. Sit back more. Try squatting to a box and trust that it's there. I think your width is fine. Your adductors are just weak as well as your hips. Squeeze your butt more and stay as tight as possible all the way down to bottom. Squeeze abs like you're coughing or sneezing. Don't suck them in, press them out. Brace and breath. My .12 cents.
