Constant ache and pains

Hey all,

Don't know how else to describe this and I hope I can get some advice as to which specialist to go see. I seem to constantly ache and feel pain during WODs. Normal day to day I seem to be fine but as soon as I start exercising I would feel dull ache and pain in my shoulder area, hips, legs, hamstrings.

It only seems to flare up when I do WOD's. During strength exercises I am fine.
I have one pain that I get all the time when I am sitting and tuck my legs in. Its right around my hamstring area.

I don't go has hard anymore during WOD's because the aches are so distracting or I don't have the muscle endurance to keep going. Even at extremely light weight or body weight exercises. I feel like am getting old. Like my body is telling me not to do this anymore. I am afraid to look at the WODs or skip if there are any high rep or running WODs.

Any ideas? This really sucks..
