I'm curious what you guys may think of this program. I know some of you have had experience with it.

Comments? Suggestions?

I think the reason no one has answered is that that book has been discussed quite a bit. You may want to type some or all of the title in and see what pops up. I know Rob Wolf recommends it a lot. The three dietary books that most people seem to like are The Zone, The Paleodiet (or whatever the name of the book is), and that book, which is pretty expensive.

I like the Zone diet myself, although I don't follow it as closely as I should.

For the last 2 weeks I added the pre/post workout meal, the increase in dietary fat (olive oil) and the 2 carb load meals NHE recommends. I have lost about an inch off the waist and only about 2 pounds of body weight.
I have been feeling great as well. Good enough that I decided to enter an O lifting meet yesterday on 2 days notice and set a new PR.
While 2 weeks is not long enough for me to offer anything other than an initial response, I like what is happening so far.
