Have not been able to update here in a while. Shoulders still in recovery mode so im limited to squatting and pulling basicall + accessories.

Some big numbers ive hit lately on the squat, was doing 10/3/5 cycle for a few weeks on back squat.

all these are without any wraps on, except for 1RM. I've realized I get much stronger squatting without them.

315x10, 320x10

There was a week where I did some snatches and cleans but it didnt go over well with shoulder. Still hit 275 Clean + FS .

Single was last tested @ 390lb on Canada Day. Gonna hit the dreaded 4 plates soon enough. 5 REP goal is 160kg!
