1.P.M.

3.6 mile run, 512 cal

Did interval training on treadmill with an incline of 15.0, gym sprints, and half mile outside. I felt good today. The only thing that has been ****ing me off is that I constantly fail to get a rhythm on the treadmill. That is why after around 20 minutes of interval training on the incline I switched to gym sprints and then a run outside. I constantly get off any rhythm I might have and feel like I'm going to fall off. Its very aggravating, but only seemed to start this week. Who knows...

9:08 (Not including rest time)

AMRAP 10 minutes

10 sit-ups
10 squats
10 Wall Balls
10 push-ups

6 complete rounds 10 sit-ups, 8 squats

Curls for the girls and Core Work
