Or you could make it about Gwynneth Paltrow. Sorry, Tamara.

Re: Overwhelmed - Help getting started!

Now we're just being redundant.

Tracy, Gwynneth, Tamara. Same thing, really.

I have a hard time telling the 3 apart, with those skinny arms from 3 pound weights and all.

Don't worry Andrea, look at some of the pictures of women on CF sites, or in the testimonials forum. If you don't like how they look, then dont worry about exercise at all, a good diet will get you lean (but not strong).

Re: Overwhelmed - Help getting started!

Just completed my first 10 min Cindy workout...

I did it 9 times...sorta.

Turns out I cant do pull-ups, ahah (not that Im surprised...like I said, I haven't really been emphasizing heavy strength). So I was cheating my standing on a chair & just kinda hanging (so i would start in full arm extension for each pull-up)...but obvs my legs were helping (I was trying to make them as dead weight as possible though!!)

I also had to do girly push-ups after the first round (Again, not surprised...Jillian has me do all kinds of crazy push ups, but it is only 10-15 at a time, so I knew I'd never make it if I did normal kind)

Squats I mastered though, haha

How did I do for a weak first timer??

That's not cheating; it's scaling. You did jumping pullups instead of kipping pullups. For a newbie, scaling is pretty much to be expected. Nice job.

Again, scaling. That's fine.

You did great. Welcome aboard. Now, go eat, rest, recover, and get ready for the next one.
