Power clean:
5 sets of 3 at 185#

Chinups: 3 sets of max reps
17,13,12

Complete 12 Half Gassers at the top of each minute.

*start the clock on your first gasser, complete the sprint and rest the remainder of the minute. At the top of the second minute complete another gasser, rest the remainder of the minute, continue till you reach 12 sprint completed.

6 Power Snatch 110 lbs
10 Box Jumps 24" box

Stopwatch stopped in the middle of workout. Over 10 minutes.

Press:
3x3 at 140#

7-21-09


Started main page crossfit today

Deadlift:1-1-1-1-1-1-1
265-280-320-340(PR)

Stopped at 340 because the form was getting bad with this amount of weight.

Going to do main page crossfit for about a month.

"DT" (Scaled rounds to 3 from the proposed 5)

3 rounds for time of:
155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps

22:32(damn sweat on the bar)

A lot harder than 30 power clean and jerks with the same weight! At least I am no longer stuck at 135# for these wods.

Also, I jumped into a flag lever and held it for about a second! I can press into a slanted one though.
