I'm going to laugh if he suddenly becomes accustomed to eating all the junk he wants and laying around on his butt and decides not to drop the weight. Or it turns out to be harder than he thought.

Part of the problem is that he has been in shape and he knows what it takes to stay in that shape and what he needs to eat to be in that shape. Most of his clients are probably people that have been fat their entire lives and have no reference point and nothing to base it off of.

In order to expand his waistline, James has been indulging on pasta, cream sauces, chocolate and carbohydrates.

Maybe this will get through to people, maybe.

What next? Take up smoking for 6 months to show his clients how to quit? Drink a liter of whiskey every night then quit? ... ugh.

Yeah, but surely not the way to do it. But I guess I shouldn't expect anything less from a fitness model.... er... I mean globo - trainer.

Hey, he shows people interesting ways to curl.

SIde note, I trained with a few of the trainers at the globo the other day. They all know how to get fit, but they suck at coaching and don't push their clients. Drives me nuts.

Yeah, every time I think I can't cut it as a trainer, I just look at what's out there.... I'm leaps and bounds beyond what most folks call "a trainer".... which makes me smile!

Well, it will certainly reach people, considering The Sun's level of distribution.

However, as it's The Sun we're talking about, probably not that many people will believe it.

OK, I take that back.

Anyway, does anyone else think that "after" picture looks a bit odd? He doesn't seem to have built up any bodyfat anywhere other than his midsection. In fact, that picture looks a lot like what one of my more fit buddies looks like when he distends his gut to do his silly "pregnant man" trick.

He is a very lucky man that he has been so fit his entire life. Some people are genetically gifted enough to put on more subcutaneous fat, which while not great, isn't as bad as the alternative. He is one of those unlucky ones that is predisposed to put on interstitial fat, which has been linked to a whole host of diseases.

Re: Check out this big, dumb, dummy.

He should at least GOMAD and do SS so his 320lb frame will be able to move a lot of weight.

This reminds me of Ben Stiller in Dodgeball.
