Muscle up and more

Strange weekend .
Missed Friday's WOD ,thought I'd do it on Sat,take a break,
and then do Saturday's WOD.
Ended up totally tanked in 1 and a half rounds.
So I did the Deadlift WOD and got my PR of 255. That number should start to climb as I'm putting in more ME's into my workout.
I went home ,went out to the barn ,where my rings are and tried,and finally got a Muscle up. I repeated it 3 more times to make sure it wasn't a fluke.
Today with Fran I got a Pullup PR with 21 in a row kipping.

hey, great work on that!

getting the first PU set in fran unbroken is an amazing feeling, eh?

yeah, more DLs! you can never DL too much. (you know that's not true, but you catch my drift)
