I decided to keep track of my progress though this workout log. I've been doing crossfit on and off for about a year now. I thought if I had to post my workouts on the Internet and people laughed hard enough I might work harder. Some of my stats 5'9 and weigh 140lbs.

Pull ups and dips killed me

35 Db Floor Rows 15 reps (in plank position)

Incomplete
I did 2 rounds and Row 500m
about 25:30

Felt like crap

I hate running up and down the stairs to do the Row.

I don't think i recover from sunday.

You are better than me when I started. My deadlift max was 120lbs or something like that.
