Fat and Saturated fat, look at this

this is a well known polish doctor that have cured thousands of people from asthma and allergi. Here you can read what he has to say about fat. also protein and carb.

Link needs to say work/family safe or not, the mods will be here shortly (it is safe).

That about sums up fats. People are too worried about them, I eat them all the time.

I really wish that website was formatted better, its such a wall of text.

i agree. i also think that you dont have to be worried when you eat pork, lamb etc and with all its fat. its just healthy
