hand injury

I broke my left hand (thank god) pretty badly. I am know out of the cast and allowed to sweat for the first time in weeks. However--I cannot do anything to challenge my left hand--from x-rays the bones are still healing. Any advice on upper-body workouts?

Re: hand injury

opposite arm only. Pat sherwood had a recent video on how he scaled a few workouts due to shoulder injury

can also do rows/pulldowns with a big resistance band attached to rack and around your elbow. will let you do some strength work without using the hand
