Hilly's Hit's Challenge

Wanted to keep a log of workouts and would love to see some replies of others doing the workout to compare.......all friendly natured of course.

And now for something different........a swim WOD!

6 rounds
20 deep end muscle ups. (Extend all the way down in the water by bending your knees)
75m/yard pull swim (arms only, no kicking)
30 push ups
75m pull swim

Completed in 40 min
