I don't have video, but this morning I watched Erik Hagman, CrossFitter and NJ LEO, hit 5 consecutive muscle-ups. He's half-way to CF challenge #1.

Then he thrashed me on the DL/ring dips workout.

I'll get video next time.

10 seems kind of low for one of the Crossfit Challenges...the other ones seem much tougher.
