Did anyone catch the Pro's Ve Joe's last night on SPIKE?
They had a sort of crossfit W/O.
They had bench 135lbs, curl 50lbs, 1 arm rows 30lbs set up in that order. Each Joe and Pro had 10 mins to see the total poundage they could do.

OK,OK, I know the hardcore x-fitter will say something like they movements weren't the best to test. And, yeah probably so. BUT..hey the fitness/sports world is coming around ...And its the hardest either one (the pros and the joes) worked all competion. And man they did work hard and had to put some effort in it!! But, knowone puked

I saw the episode. I think it's a great concept for a show. I especially liked watching Herschel Walker (sp?) pound the s#@$t out of the joes. Some of those soccer kicks during "goccer" looked like what I would do (kick with the toe, send it about 20 yards).

I thought they should have done pullups, but the only problem is that the pros and the joes would come out looking like weenies if they did a true CF workout as one of the tests, and none of the "pros" would show up if they had to do something they weren't trained for :-) Of course, at that point it is no longer pros vs. joes, it's "see who is more fit".

So the db curl weight is higher then the db row weight. . . . . ? lol

Ooops my mistake, the row is 5 pounds heavier (estimated single arm leverage) then the curl!
