20 min of ladder climb with squat at the bottom. Broken neck needs another 3 weeks to heal before I do any extreme upper body.

Did a couple of cardio circuits today along with a couple sets of deadlifts (135 185) to test how the hip was doing. Should be able to do the workout I planned for today, tommorow.

35 min on bike. Long hrs suck. Need to find something to do to help speed up reco ery on neck. Feeling week!

Drinking protein shakes 3 a day. Pm shake at night has glutamine. Hoping this helps speed up recovery. Also taking mri black powder nitric oxide and creatine. Should start with vitamin reg aswel. Usana vitamin is the best. The only one in the pdr!

Jumping jacks
squats

15 reps deadlift #225
50 pullups
12 reps deadlift #225
40 pullups
9 reps deadlift #225
30 pullups
6 reps deadlift #225
20 pulllups
3 reps deadlift #225
10 pullups

19:30

No problem with the hip on these movements.
