I've been on a burpee kick' lately...What do you guys think is too much? Every day? Every other day? Any thoughts?

"Too much" = "More than your body can stand without starting to negatively affect your conditioning."

How much that is is totally individual. What it is for me is totally different from what it is for Rich Froning.
