Have any of the nutrition gurus looked into or tried ******** products? There a bunch guys on the Olympic wrestling team advocating them - mainly Spark, POS3 and POS2. I've tried them and think they are pretty good but I was hoping for some educated feedback.

I used ******** for a while and their product is good, not to mention that they are a good moral company. However you cant hardly use their stuff without them trying to get you to sell it for them and become part of their pyramid company. But the POS system is good stuff.

Sounds a little like a scam to me (the marketing part). Haven't used their stuff so I can't comment on quality. More general comment though, why do you need suppliments? If you are eating well, supplimenting with fish and flax oil, taking a coated asprin, may be a fibar suppliment, coffee or a caffine pill, possibly creatine powder, your 99.99999% there. Get the basics down then fine tune.

I personally dont use supplements much anymore....L-Glutamine and multivitamin....but about 2 years ago I bought into the supplement idea when I was really training hard for racing. I wouldn't call ******** a scam b/c they have been around for a while but if you want their products you can get them at one price(ie....straight retail) but if you pay them so many amounts of dollars(different levels of buy in) to sign up as a rep, you can get mass product at discount prices. Kinda like Mary Kay makeup products(no I dont sell mary kay  )I quit using all supplements about a year ago so I am not affeceted by any products. I EAT, that is my supplement.
