Good workout with Friends-

Back squat- 320#X3 reps X5 min.. 3 reps each min for 5.

Press- 180#x3X5 each min for 5 min.. 3,3,2,3,1 tough work..

Thruster Max 230# pr..

Wod-
3 rounds
400 meter run
30 pull ups
15 HSPU
9:49...

3x10 ring dips

Been doing a new workout at the gym..

Bunch of 10X10 slow on the way down and explode on the way up..
Also a bunch of olympic lifting.. not my favorite but i know that I have to get better at it..

I snatch 185 but should do 220... power clean 245 should do 275 with proper technique..

Still struggle with muscle ups... got to find a way to get weightless in the air.. wait for it then pull..

Finding that I am good on everything that I have control over but the ones I don't have that are big thinkers then well they need work.

Monday-
Worked up to a med 175 power snatch..
Bench press 175X10X10
ring rows from 24" box 10x10
bent over rows- 135x6x3
Wall balls 50 U/B

Tuesday-
Front Squat 180#X10x10
Bulgarian DL- 180X7X3 sets
Pistols 40 reps in 2:35

Legs a bit sore after front squats.

Squat cleans warm up-
95,135,165,195,215,225,235 easy single
Snatch squat practice.. 75,95,115,125,135
Snatch pulls 135 still need work
Snatch 135 X5,4,3,2,1 for quick practice.
Maybe would be able to tackle 6,5,4,3,2 for 20 reps then do singles from that point on and see what the time for Grace would be?

Worked on muscle up progression. Swing and kip to rings to hips 3X8 reps.

Wall balls 40,10,10 total of 60 2:20 min.. Working on my wall balls to 150 reps..Hate them.. trying to find the right combo to the goal. Need to do in 6 min.. that pace would put me under 6 min.. but that is considering the first 40 UB.. Maybe 80,20,10,10,10,10,10 might work with little rest.

I know that they will have some sort of wall ball, double under and muscle up workout next time. Need to get 255-260 next time.

Tonight is going to be 7 rounds of 7 C2B U/B, 7 T2B U/B for time.

Thursday and Friday -
Thursday my body did not want to do much. Did some C2B and T2B..
Sit ups 50 of them..
Worked on push press 115#x10's for 7 sets on the min.

Friday-
Press 115X10x9 sets superset with strict pull ups X10 reps
Back extension and hell wheels for core
Did 60 wall balls in 2:24.. did not want it.. 25,15,10,10..

Need to get the 75 reps in 3 min..

Superset ring rows feet on the box- 10X10
Dip and some rows.. finished off with 4X11 GHD's

Wed- Thrusters-
For time:

Deadlifts EMOM-
300#x8 reps for 5 min

Wall balls- EMOM 20#x17 reps

GHD- 3x12
135# lunges- alternating 12x3 sets
Each min- for 5 min
7 Pistols
7 Chest to bar

Saturday was the day off

Sunday
Front Squat 260#x5 reps x 4
Press 150#x5x5
30 min each min one split jerk-
135#-250# PR at the end.

5 rounds for time-
155# power clean

Monday- Squat snatch work up to 175# pr
Snatch pulls worked up to 155#
Wall balls 2:24 62 reps.. tired
Muscle up progression- 3X8 reps
Green bank- hollow to the catch on Muscle up 3x5

Tuesday- Bench all 10 reps- 135,165,170,175,180,185,190,195,200#
Super set with ring rows- all 10 reps for 8 sets
Dips 3x10
Pendley rows. wide grip from the floor to chest- 3x8 reps with 135#

Wed- AM- EMOM5- Deadlifts 335X5
Thrusters EMOM5- 185#x5 did the 3rd set and a pull on my neck.. 4th set made it worse then bailed on the 5th set.. glad that I did.. neck is sore looking to the left.
GHD 3 sets 13,8,9 dislike that thing but getting better.
