Awesome!

Question though... I'm just starting to get introduced to O lifts and was under the impression that using a belt was a no no. Are belts something that only become necessary at high levels of performance?

IMO belts should be used when going for a a new PR or something very close. I don't think training with a belt all the time is all that useful and IMO will hinder your core development (like using straps all the time, kills your grip strength after a while).

he lifts in the 94 kg class, 207 lbs limit....but weighs under 200 lbs
