8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

scaled to 6 jumping PU
6 dips
4 burpees
8 60# dumbell swings

26:45 --->had a few min chat w/ mr.mincher about skiing but the rest was needed. too many short breaks, and pushups suck.
RXed first 25- then jumping pullups for the rest

50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
------------------------------
20 min 35 seconds.
-subbed kettlebell for dumbell swings
-subbed wall ball shots for dumbell thruster-20# first 25 then 10# the rest
-did not do any burpees or double unders bc stupid gym was closing-next time
