20,19,18....1
Push ups and sit ups ends up being 240 of each....its a killler but will make your chest and abs look good haha....

My 'make up' workouts when pushed for equipment and time when visiting family or friends are

Pushups
Situps
Squats
HSPU

21-15-9 for time

or

Invisible Fran x3

or

50 HSPU
100 Squats

or

Sprint 100m
20 Squats, 20 Press ups, 20 no weight thrusters

rounds in 20 mins
