Re: Sissy Test

Steven's 2x BW Deadlifting is 12lbs more than mine as long as he still weighs 138.

Re: Sissy Test

I did the "1/2 Sissy" with a 24kg a month or two back and it was a beast in itself.

1/2 Sissy is where you just do the even reps..
20 swings, 2 burpees
18 swings, 4 burpees
..
..
..
2 swings, 20 burpees

Re: Sissy Test

Any other takers? (read "suckers")

I like this rep scheme. I'll have to keep it in mind and come up with something even more horrible later on.

Peh, I've never been 138 in my life.

With clothes (pants, underpants, shirt) I weigh 135 so probably about 133-134 nekkid.

270 lbs DLs for 210 reps would suck though. -_-

And NO to that manlaw, haha. Although maybe after I finally solve my posterior chain problem.

Re: Sissy Test

The deadlift/muscle-up workout wouldn't even be fair for people that are getting to be anything over like 175 lbs. Deadlifting something like 350 lbs would be hard enough, much less doing it a couple hundred times! It may work better if you put a standard weight on deadlifts like 225 or 275 and kept the muscle-ups the way they are. 210 muscle-ups would be sadistic enough at a heavier bodyweight (or any bodyweight at that matter), they shouldn't be punished even further.

lol, I just made it up for laughs (aka didn't think about structure).

I don't think anyone would actually do it.... or would you?
