I'm using a Mac, and I can't seem to get the videos to play. When I click on the video link, I get taken to a site with this url:

file:///private/var/tmp/folders.502/TemporaryItems/AOLTemp.html

I'd really like to be able to check the form for the different exercises. Any ideas?

You will have to go to windows site for the media player for Mac:

address:
http://www.microsoft.com/mac/otherproducts/otherproducts.aspx?pid=windowsmedia

alternate address if you want windows files to play in QT:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/win...omponents.mspx

You will have to go and find Stuff it (NAME OF PGM) in the Apple.com site under downloads/software to unpack the file so that windows will unload and be ready to run.

As for playing the videos, there you have to make sure that you select the videos that are either QT (quicktime) or Windows specific files so that you can view them.

I have not heard Real Player being readilly available for Mac.

Thanks for the advice. I found that if I download the video, I can then get it to play...
