Lately, it seems Crossfit is getting many affilliates. I find this exciting as the love spreads and America Gets Some.

Just like we have our girls and now our warriors, I was thinking it might be cool if we have our cities. This is an invitation for each location to create a WOD with their name on it. ie Crossfit No. Brunswick 25 Burpees 400 meeter Run 6 Rounds.

Hey don't forget the rest of the world!

I was thinking the same thing about the number of affiliates, at the start of the year there was a handful and now every week it seems like 1 or 2 start up.

I'll have to see what i can come up with for the first Crossfit OZ workout.

Just make sure it's got pullup burpees in it, Don... I love those things.

Alexander-
Are the 3 foot jumps horizontally or vertically (like on a box)? I'm thinking onto a box...

Chris-

Sorry for not clarifying...they're on a box. (I use stacked bumper plates usually).

It is intended that you ascend and descend fully on the rope climb using just hands. (It's the descent that always kills me!:proud:)

Pat I was thinking of something like

Sydney
7 x no fat, decaf, soy lattes for time.

perhaps not....

I'll see what i can do about the pullup burpees, we might not have the bar up in time though.

Arrrghhh...!!! That's no excuse, Don. Do them from a tree if you have to... or buy one of those screw into a doorframe thingamejigs like I use. They only come crashing down occasionally.

And LOL at the latte thing... believe it or not, it's just as bad in Brisbane these days.

There are about 8 people turning up to the first workout so i'm going to have to find a solution to the pullup dilemma but the door way bar won't be it since it will be a three story run to get to it!

Might have to do them on the rings
