Bradley "made up" a workout and wanted me to post it.

9 PULLUPS
16 THRUSTERS
7 PULLUPS


Can a 5 y/o sign up for message board, mods? :proud: I told him if he did it I would post it with his time:

7:00

1-1 dh pull ups, 5 jumped negs
(rest 1 minute)
9-7 3# db thrusters
5-2 jumped neg p/u

Actually, I'll post this on the WOD comments!

Great combination of exercises, Bradley! Some big full-body pushing and some big, full-body pulling go together nicely.

How did you choose your numbers?

Keep up the good work. Maybe next time you can get your mom to post a picture of you working out too. :happy:

Boy do I have pictures. Video, no less. But I don't want anyone to hear me naggi...I mean coaching. LOL.

I asked him why those numbers and he just shrugged. He was happy the 9 and 7 added up to 16 since he's just learning to add.

Pull ups and thrusters are his favorites! I'll see if I can get some stills of this. (I read him your message and and he typed the above response. :-) )
