Mike,
I am definately envious of your students. When I went to highschool in the 70's, all we had was two Universal machines. Not even the sports teams had a weight training program.

Mike - love the hs pe program, need another staff member, I'll move and convince my wife!

How long are your PE classes there and, is CF the entire PE curriculum?

I wonder if you simply run it like a WOD - when the WOD is done, they can "play" and work on other exercises, wall climb, play a sport, etc.?
