Bench: 45xlots, 135x5,5 155x5, 175x5, 205x5, 135x10,10,10,9,9 (fast, 90sec rest)
Green Machine Rows: 8 platesx10,10,10,10,9
Ring Supports

Tonight's "conditioning" is pounding down beers and shots at bowling league. Tied the league high last week @ 177 (it's a social league, what can I say?), complete with jean shorts, tall socks, and mullet wig. Hoping to do a bit better this week, but I am pretty damn sore, so we'll see.
