No, I am pointing out the fact you are going out of your way to waste our time because you know what to do. You must have a lot of time to play around like this, and to have such poor results of your programming to boot.

Re: Assistance bands for my little sister

There is no way you could drop info on plyos and not know that hours of walking and doing one pullup instead of several over all day instead of one intense session is crap.

What is doing doubles going to change? Everyone still hates me and would probably still be saying "we don't want to help you anymore" even if I switched to doing sets of 2.

Greater time under tension and work done per set. It will equal greater adaptation. There isn't anyway you don't know that if you comprehend plyometric application.

I walk outside. I wouldn't be able to do the treadmill for that long.

Good. At least no one else has been stupidly tricked into joining in on your "programming."

Also just want to point out its pretty sorry for a grown man to start a post on the premise of "helping his kid sister," just to turn it into another stupid walking and pullups argument about himself to **** people off and waste time.

Regardless whether or not any of this stuff is legitimate(for the record i think its all BS), Im pretty sure in the real world walking and pullups are the VERY least of your problems.

You told me specifically NOT to make it about my sister "because she's too young" or something like that. All of a sudden we move on, and then you start complaining.

I think it's pretty sorry for a grown man to ***** about another man's actions for a whole WEEK.

I'm sorry I'm not worth your time, you dick.
