Hamze, have you considered the fact that your developing sister probably needs to do plyos to get anywhere athletically? If you don't start her now she isn't going to be very good at sport of any kind in the future.

Thats the formula. If you want to entirely disregard part of it, fine, but youre not going to see the results you want.

Also, walking may burn calories, but it's not going to be significant. Nor is it going to be having a positive impact on your aerobic fitness. For anyone in any reasonable shape, just walking isn't exercise- it's just transportation.

If you were obese, coming from being sedentary, had a heart condition, or other such things, then walking would be a viable exercise strategy for you, but even then not 3 hours at a time, because once you are able to sustain output for that length of time you're no longer reaping the benefits of it, and increased intensity would be required in order to produce further adaptations.

Maybe it's just me, but I keep getting the feeling I should be running more instead of walking. That's what it *sounds* like to me, I could be wrong.

Now, wait I might be going down a slippery slope here but how is it possible for me to be "skinny" if I can't fit into skinny jeans?

Try the ole' pony of getting stronger and sticking to a program. You could always try to train like a Navy SEAL, since you keep referencing one. Head over to SEALFit.com.
Mostly because I have never seen a fat guy get 30+ pullups.

I can't tell if you're being serious... but plyometrics are not necessary at this point, we can get faster from increasing our lat strength.

Buy the next size up, you'll fit.

Have you considered swimming ? I think you should try that out. Try swimming lengths for an hour or two. You'll increase your pull-ups and get a nice cardio burn. Look at what Michael Phelps eats. Utter crap and lots of it, but he can do pull-ups and fit into skinny jeans too.

How's sprinting at the track been treating ya?
