My Wife...

My wife went from being overweight (she never would tell me how much

) to being a part time trainer at a local CF gym and... drum roll please... losing over 100lbs! She is super excited but also very shy and would never brag here so i thought i would take the liberty!

And, for the record, her WOD times put mine to shame!

This is super sweet of you and congrats to the Mrs. That is AMAZING and I can't even imagine how proud you are of her. I'm on my journey for 70 pounds and that is a total inspiration for me.

well done ... she has made us allproud of her and her success gives us all positives to keep in mind.

Thank you both, I am very proud of her. She is rewarding herself with a serious "new clothes shopping spree"

Mine does to. I can generally squeek out a win here and there if there is cleans involved. Somone should start a support group on facebook.
