A barefoot dress shoe, for cavemen who wear suits
Hey fit guys & gals,
So I'll make this disclaimer up front: though I powerlift, run barefoot, eat paleo, and am ever impressed by the capacity of Crossfit athletes , I have never done a WOD. I'm here though because I think you guys would be interested in what I have to share! While I expect this thread to be locked, it does raise an interesting point.
Here are some options that actually exist:
Vivobarefoot actually has a plethora of styles under their "life-style" collection. I haven't worn either, but will probably get a pair from Vivo's for conferences and other situations were I am supposed to be dressed up.
