WOD 1, For time:

Barbell Bear Complex (Clean, front squat, shoulder press, back squat, shoulder press)
Muscle Ups

Time: 4:51

WOD 2, For time:
Overhead Squat 95#
Ring Pullups
Tire Jump / Hand release Burpees

Time: 9:27
