Re: What's in your fridge?
Fridge: 2 Dozen Omega-3 enriched eggs, 2 packs of bacon (no nitrites, no sodium), 4 large pieces of roasted ham, some grapefruits, coconut milk, spinach, broccoli, peppers, onions, garlic(tonsofit), Mojo style pulled pork, Sriracha hot sauce, Blackberries, Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries, romaine lettuce, kale, 5lbs country style ribs(still yet uncooked but will be grilled with only a tiny bit of olive oil and nothing more).
Freezer: 6lb Whole chicken, 5lbs of pork tenderloin, 4 bags of broccoli florets. 2 pints of Ben & Jerry's Pumpkin Cheesecake ice cream. Pantry: Macadamia nuts(raw), Walnuts(raw), Pecans(raw), Almonds(raw). A large amount of spices and rubs made at home. Coffee, and 10 bars of 88% Endangered Species brand Chocolate (ooo that Black Panther bar is good). - Nick B. ![]() |

Refrigerator: apples, broccoli, summer squash, avocado, green pepper carrots, romaine lettuce, mushrooms, onions, garlic, omega 3 cage free eggs, peanut butter, almond butter, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, pecans, lemon juice, unsweetened coconut
Freezer: various frozen veggies, leftover pumpkin Pantry: tins of sardines, almonds, pistachios, cashews, whole flax seeds, 85% dark chocolate, cocoa powder, dates, bananas, honey, coconut milk, coconut oil, olive oil, spices |
