Carpal Tunnel and Grip problems

Anyone out there experience grip pain from being in a job that creates carpal tunnel symptoms? (ie. excessive typing)

Wife needs to know if there is some way to strengthen grip and maybe get rid of the pain. (maybe some grip workouts or stretches)

Please help,
Thanks a lot!!

Re: Carpal Tunnel and Grip problems

When carpal tunnel gets bad enough your grip goes. Its sign you need to back off and treat your carpal tunnel.
Not sure if that's what you wanted to hear.
