Exercises Movements, technique & proper execution

Like most of you Crossfit disciples I constantly seek to improve my performance in all of the exercises whether they be Olympic lifts or gymnastic movements. I have no relative measure other than myself with which to compare my performance:

Can anyone provide me some insight as to your experience (performance in the following exercises:

1. Gymnastic Movements (max reps): Pull-ups, Push-ups, Dips, Back extensions, Knee-ups, Handstand push-ups.

2. Tabata Movements (total reps): Pull-ups (50% BW), Dips (50% BW), Squats, Push-ups, Back extensions.

3. Olympic & Power Lifts (single rep): Bench press, Squat, Power clean, Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Push Press.

4. Wall Ball reps: 30-seconds, 60-seconds, 90 seconds, 120 seconds.

Any insight you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
