I Just Wanted to post a thanks, to Jeff, Jim and Mikki at Brand X in Ramona CA. You got this girl going, and it shows. I am now actually down 45 pounds, but what keeps me coming is how much fun you guys are. This girl just wants to have fun! See article in San Diego Union Trib paper. And yes, you do make me smile even when I'm half dead or I'm getting bruises in Krav Maga. I have grit! 14

That's a fantastic article! Would it be alright if I posted the link for a little while on our website? Great story, great message.

EXCELLENT. I love reading success stories like this.

Linc...that picture demonstrates that you've been in Sedona too long. :-)

Kenneth: The Crossfit gals that run around Brand "X" have so much up on me, but I guess it's like tuning up cars. It's much more fun to tune up an old jalopy and make it run like a top, then it is to tune up the family car that already runs well. If you like the article, you are welcome to use it.

Lincoln: Great Photo. The photography and the subject are a piece of art.

Everyone else: Thanks for the encouragement, and kudos.
