Conditioning

1) With a partner
5 min AMRAP power snatch, 135lbs
Alternate every 5 reps

With Scott - 76 total reps - 40 for me

-rest 2 min-

2) 5 min AMRAP Muscle Ups

Hey Jay good to see you back on here. It's gotten really quiet around here. Maybe about 10 logs being regularly updated. It's always fun to check in on your log, even if things are crap. Helps the rest of us feel alright that sometimes life just happens and you do what you can with training.

Yes Jay it is nice to see you logging in here. It is crazy to see Kevin Simons out there just killing it as well. I remember when he kept a log here long ago.......

Haha Jason you're my mainstay. If you quit posting here I would have no drive to continue posting myself.

But ya it is crazy seeing Kevin. I remember when this forum was buzzing and we were all doing workouts from each other's logs. Lots has changed. But with all that change comes new things to enjoy. Congrats to you on getting married Jay. I'm getting married as well at the end of August. Best wishes to you and your wife!
