This was an absolute mess today. Every miss except for I think the first one at 95 was behind. None of the reps felt hard. Just wasn't catching the bar where it needed to be.

High Hang Snatch
70x2, 80x2, 85x2, 90x2, 97x1 (Fail #2), 97x2, 102x1, 107 (F), 107x1

Was already planning on doing this, but this managed to salvage the day a little bit. 97 was a PR for any kind of double. Decided to quit while I was ahead after I made the 107 because I was shocked when I got to the bottom and received it that it hadn't come down and hit me in the head.

Snatch Press BTN
50x8, 50x8, 50x8, 50x8

Happy with the volume at this weight.

Midline
Weighted Planks...3x1:00 @25 KG

Done, got my attention.

Pretty happy with these here. The plan coming in was to work up to 130, came to the realization that I've generally been going to 127 and then to 131-133 and hadn't hit 130 in a while. The first attempt at 133 was the only good one and it set me to my butt just like the ones on Saturday did.

I'm going to make 133 either tomorrow or Saturday and when I do its getting slammed through the floor.

Pause Clean and Jerk
100x1, 108x1, 116x1, 124x1

Exactly as planned. Last one was a PR for a pause.

Front Squat
20x10, 70x2, 90x2, 100x2, 110x2, 120x1, 130x1, 140x1, 150x1, 158x1, 165x1, 173 (F)

Surprised with how good these felt. 165 was the most that I've made in quite a while, since back in April. 173 was a PR attempt. Had some plans to do more volume but went so far with the singles I didn't.

Pretty sure I made it through 104 without any misses. Was in my own head a little bit, so was glad given that fact to make it this far. Both attempts at 107 were behind.

Clean and Jerk
60x2, 90x2, 100x1, 110x1, 120x1, 125 (F, F), 125x1, 130x1, 133x1, 138 (F, F)

Very pleasantly surprised here. 133 was the goal and after the shenanigans at 125 felt good to get there. The first PR attempt at 138 was THERE, it set me down to my butt but the pull didn't feel hard. Second one on a little short rest was forward.

Press
45x10, 115x8, 150x1, 115x8, 165x1, 115x8, 180x1, 115x8, 190 (F), 180x1, 135x7

Love this rep scheme. The 190 was closer than the last time I attempted it. Drifting in the right direction here.

Had to work a little bit but made what I needed to make here to set myself up well for later. Plan right now next week is to go 100, 105, and then 108 or 109.

First two attempts at 111 were close, last one not so much. All three were behind.

Hang Power Snatch
70x3, 75x3, 80x3, 85x3, 91x3

Very last rep felt questionable as to whether or not it was power, all the ones before felt great though. Did this just to do it.

Clean and Jerk
70x1, 90x1, 100x1, 110x1, 120x1, 125 (F, F), 125x1, 130 (F), 130x1, 135x1

Again had to work a little bit, but the 135 was the goal as it gave me a PR total. Still have to decide a few things about what I want to do here next Sunday, but good things are happening.

Considered pushing higher, but decided against it especially after I missed the clean the first time at 260. Either way pretty sure that 260 is a PR for this complex.

Front Squat
135x5, 185x3, 225x2, 275x2, 295x2, 315x1, 330x1, 330x1, 315x2

Plan was to have the sets at 330 be doubles, but these felt heavy. Just wanted to move some weight. Will front squat one more time up to about the 135-138'ish range for a few singles probably on Thursday.

Bench Press
135x10, 180x3, 205x3, 232x7, 135x10, 135x10, 135x10, 135x10, 135x10

Wendler Week 2. Happy with this. Moved through the sets quickly, and 7 reps was a little bit of a surprise on the AMRAP.

Hitting the openers for Sunday. Just a little lazy with my feet movement on the miss at 95, left it a little out front. Very happy to cruise through the clean and jerks given that 125 and 130 haven't been guaranteed lately.

95/125 on Thursday, probably 85/110'ish on Friday, then game day on Sunday.

Snatch Press BTN
20x10, 40x5, 50x3, 55x2, 60x1, 65x1, 70 (F), 59x3, 59x3, 59x3

Just volume. I think 70 would have been a PR but it didn't really move much. Felt good otherwise.

I've got one more meet that I'm doing the second weekend of November that I'm going to take a few more risks with and hope to push past 250+

139 is my dream weight for Sunday, so wanted to get a little bit of volume in at that weight.

Back Extension
