What about putting it all together like this then...

Goals:
-Improve Rucking, working to 6+ Miles with 45lbs
-Increasing running distances to 6+ Miles
-Increase lower body strength
-Increase bodyweight exercises, specifically pushups

Plan:

2-3 x strength work each week, each session being focused on a squat or deadlift for strength with some additional core work (for improving situps) and upper body pulling (focused on pull ups to improve them and balance out all the pushups)

GTG push ups

2 X Ruck each week (1 heavier in 30-45min range, 1 lighter in 60mins+ range)

2 x runs each week (1 interval/sprint sessions, 1 gradually increasing LSD run)


Thoughts?
